Exactly what you don't want in a mechanic. Here you have a guy, Skip, who is more interested in making money than providing decent customer service. Unnecessary diagnostic testing & a sense of up-charging was felt. When challenged pulls exactly what an average customer would hate as a response "well you don't understand the car system do you?" So for greed and/or poor customer service either way other future customers are warned. Way to go.
