I bought a post to concrete installation kit through Home Depot. Unfortunately, a critical component of the kit was broken. I called the warranty department of Homeland Vinyl, instead of going back to Home Depot. Luckily I was connected with Ashley. She dealt with my problem quickly on the phone, sending a replacement part the next day, with a follow-up email. Best customer service I've seen from a company on the phone. Thanks Ashley!
Homeland Vinyl Products makes some of the best vinyl building products available for outdoor use. The product is very well stabilized against ultraviolet light, which is the enemy of plastics used outdoors. I have been in the vinyl fence business for 32 years, and I have used nearly every other manufacturers product. When it comes to product and service, they are the tops. I ordered 6 post mount kits through Home Depot. 4 of them arrived with broken epoxy capsules. Home Depot wanted to send the entire order back. I contacted Homeland Vinyl via e-mail. I have reached out to Ashley Johnson twice in the warranty department since my remodel in 2015. The first time was 3 years after my purchase and I didn't even have the order info from my contractor, just the name of the deck material. Ashley was able to find my order in the system and get me the supplies I needed! Fast forward 2 more years, and I called again looking for replacement parts for the railing material this time, not even sure if the railing was purchased with the deck material, and once again I could not find records for my order. I did remember Ashley's name at Homeland Vinyl. I called her explaining that now I needed replacement parts for the railing system yet was unsure if it was ordered with the deck. Not only did Ashley remember helping me a couple of years ago, she searched her records and once again came to the rescue. She found my original packing slip for every part that was included in my order from 2015, and knew exactly which parts I needed to order for my railing! She then took it a step further to contact the place where I can get the parts to have them call me. Not many people that go out of their way to help a customer like Ashley. She's great!
